Refund Policy
At Thy Truth Told, we are dedicated to providing insightful and heartfelt spiritual guidance. Because our services—including email readings, birth charts, and energetic cleansings—involve significant time and specialized preparation, we have established the following policy to ensure transparency and mutual respect.
What is Refundable
Refunds are only available for services that have not yet been performed or delivered. If you cancel your request before the interpretive work begins or before the scheduled space cleansing, a full refund may be issued.

Please include your order details and the reason for your request.
What is Non-Refundable
Once an email reading or birth chart has been sent, or a space cleansing has been completed, the service is considered fully rendered and is non-refundable. We do not offer refunds based on a dissatisfaction with the spiritual insights provided, as these are spirit-guided and subjective.
Time Limits
All refund or cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the initial purchase or at least 48 hours prior to a scheduled in-person cleansing appointment.
Non-Guarantee of Outcomes
Spiritual guidance is a tool for personal growth and self-reflection. We cannot guarantee specific life outcomes, behavioral change or external events following our readings or cleansings. The querent assumes sole responsibility for any decisions made following a session.
